How to Fixed Kernel32.dll Error in Windows XP – Easy & Simple, Must Watch. Recommended!

Consegui resolver o problema instalando os seguintes softwares em sequencia: Net framework 2.0, Net framework 3.0, Net framework 4.0. Usando windows XP com Service Pack 3.

If your problem is ' The procedure entry point CancelIoEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll. ', then that error means that it won't work on XP. Whatever you're trying to run was compiled on a later version. And will never work on XP systems.

You'll have to use a different computer with Win 7, or higher. Or… Switch back to using an earlier version of whatever you're trying to run on it.

had this problem on a fresh windows XP corporate install when installing intel ethernet drivers, couldn't fix it so I upgraded to windows Vista and had the same exact problem, so now im downloading this on once another fresh install and hopefully it works
