Yo i know how to fix it its beacuse when you extract it in a new folder not all the Dll be in the folder to fix it go to control panel then system and seecuirty then system then advanced system settings and then click the settings button The upest settings button then advaced then change then put it on system managed size and restart your pc and done all the dll will go in the file and make sure that you have enough space
